1000 Hz MFDC and EtherCAT
Inverter-controlled, water-cooled medium-frequency DC resistance welding with 1600 kVA installed capacity, combined with EtherCAT-based servo and automation communication. High welding capacity is used with controlled power management through Phase-Shifted Power Control.
100% hydraulic-free servo architecture
Critical motions, including the press and optional punch, are servo-controlled. Oil temperature, viscosity, hydraulic pressure fluctuation, and oil leaks are eliminated — simplifying changeovers and maintenance.
Recipes and autonomous motion planning
Line motions are linked to the product geometry defined on the PC. Laying, welding, bending, robot, and stacking settings are stored in one recipe, and the software calculates the required positions automatically.
Modular, mirrorable design
Modules adapt to right / left layouts, and punch and trim units can be added later — so the line fits your plant flow and growth plans.
