Which panel type do you produce?

Rigid double-wire panels with top and bottom wires working together.

• Bottom → top, top → bottom, or simultaneous weld order
• Panel flatness improved by process control
• 25–30 s / panel practical cycle (2 m)

Bent single-wire panels for residential, garden, and perimeter use.

• 30-ton servo bending press, 3 m bending width
• Depth adjusted in seconds without removing the die
• 20–25 s / panel practical cycle (2 m, 4 bends)

Dense mesh, climb-resistant high-security panels.

• Automatic trimming with the servo trim module
• Cut positions calculated even with variable wire spacing
• Up to 61 longitudinal wires

Different wire spacings and top / bottom wire zones combined in one panel.

• Multiple wire spacings and wire groups in a single panel
• Longitudinal and cross wire diameters selected per product
• Machine behavior changes by recipe, not mechanical conversion

Custom sizes within 500–3000 mm width and 500–3200 mm wire length.

• Product geometry designed on the PC
• Free and variable wire spacing programming
• Quotation based on your drawings

Welded panels that can move to galvanizing or powder coating with minimal rework.

• Per-wire current and weld time control
• Soft-placement pallet stacking protects the surface
• Fewer rejects and rework loops
