Panel Fence Production Machine
The TEKNOSİS Panel Fence Production Machine is developed to produce 2D, 3D, High-Security, and Hybrid panel geometries on a single production platform with minimal operator intervention.
1000 Hz MFDC welding technology is combined with EtherCAT-based servo and automation communication, 1600 kVA installed welding capacity, and a hydraulic-free servo architecture.
Wire laying at up to 10 wires/sec, recipe-based process control, and precision pallet stacking bring high product variety together with repeatable production quality.
We configure the line to your panel sizes, wire diameter, and plant utilities — then support commissioning so production starts with confidence.
